DNA-Possessing Demon of War

In the dream, a friend of mine is acting in a horrible way, saying and doing things he would never have done. I know he is better than this, that this behavior couldn't possibly be from him, so I try to find out what is going on.

Somehow, I learn that some kind of other-worldly entity has possessed my friend and others around the world. I am told that this thing is created by atrocities such as war. I am shown a scene of how participating in war creates pain and darkness that no human being was EVER meant to experience. The evil of war is so unnatural that it causes this possessing creature to exist.

Next I am told that this being is not actually alive, but it seeks to learn how to become alive by finding the secret in our genetic code. The way this entity possesses people is by jumping into "gaps" in people's DNA that are caused by pain or sorrow. I saw the gaps as shadowy places in the DNA, almost like cavities in teeth.

(The problem with this is that the being tries to learn life through our DNA, but it can only enter into DNA that has become damaged.)

I am told that the way to get rid of the possession is by rebuilding the gaps in the DNA. The way to do this is to increase Love, to find a sense of your deep-down essential self so strong that you can fill the gaps with it, leaving no room for the entity to stay.

This dream was so weird I couldn't stop thinking about it. I fell back asleep and basically had the same dream over again, only this time I saw an alternate set of circumstances that caused the entity to exist. In the second dream, it was brought into being by culture loss. I saw a scene in China. I was told that the traditions and culture of China are incredibly old and rich but that this cultural history is suddenly being destroyed at an alarming rate by modern homogenization. To lose such deep-rooted intricate traditions so quickly creates an unspoken sense of loss and sadness within people that--like war--is so unnatural it causes the being to exist.

the terrestrial ‘centres’ (the North star, or the East) become visual images of the
one true ‘Centre’ (25).
