The opposite waves vignette and the Yin books (recurring)

This entry first posted on January 25, 2014. Saturday.

Even when I was very young, my father always held a keen interest in dreams and recording them as precisely as possible, as well as productive creativity and individuality regarding this (and one’s own “personal mythology” or natural path already set out by the Source) - and I learned a lot from him. Even though he was quite old (I would not have traded him for a younger or unworldly father for anything), he still clearly remembered dreams from when he was a child back in the 1900s and 1910s. He was aware of what I had been aware of very early in life - that watching television and movies altered your dream continuity dramatically (my biggest awareness of this fact relating to the movie “Gay Purr-ee” - the first movie to change how my dreams unfolded), as scenes do not “jump” or zoom in and out in real life, although he did watch television on rare occasions, more to be “social”. He kept journals as well (most of which are now with relatives - the ones that still exist - some, along with excess 78 rpm records were unfortunately cleared out by him for space reasons), especially relating to dreams that gave him his songs for which he was widely known for in the mid-west. He would sometimes make a picture story of the dream on a blank sheet music page before writing in the actual musical notes as far back as the early 1920s. There was a large black and white poster-sized photo of him playing a guitar in a park when he was quite young.

My own path seemed very “set” and persistent. I seemed to be aware of it even before birth (the blue star and the red star, the first commercial symbol I saw in my life being the Yin Yang original Pepsi logo, and so on). Over time, I become aware of the personal meaning of almost every symbol known to man, especially the number two. The “Yin books”, which sometimes seemed to have plant roots drawn on the pages, also had lines of print and various drawings and photographic images and at times, discernible symbols. I learned a lot about the more “fixed” ideas.

Regarding the number two, there were many variations that still represent twenty-two or the (potential) “gate” in various ways both positive and negative, including the two swans (not shown in this image). Twos mirrored back to back (as a vignette - sometimes quite stylized in dreams) represented the Yin Yang forces being disrupted by interference from “normal” humans on my path (although tidal waves are often a positive force representing either sexual or spiritual ecstasy, requiring a balance of both). The “waves moving apart from each other” was a vignette that represented page headers that implied the wrongful nature of humanity on this “lower plane” and ideas on how to validate the self. When the “waves” face each other (as face to face mirrored twos) they become the (divine) “heart on the horizon” or my actual marriage and “final” vindication and resolution of my life’s purpose since birth.

When my wife was first writing to me, she had an Australian opossum she was caring for at the time. In both the opossum head and the sliced tomato in a photo she sent, unknown to her at first, were very defined heart shapes (and my old signature since youth included a heart-shaped opossum head - also representing the “gate” and a symbol of the Resurrection and Ascension as in “playing possum”, although I am not a Christian).

Flipped superimposed twos can relate three different ideas. Sideways, it is the fish symbol. I actually became aware of this accidentally when looking at a journal page, with light going through enough to notice it with a two on both sides and saw it. Upside down, it is the “medicine bag”. Right side up, the “pawn”.

Question marks (the unresolved mystery or “broken heart portal”) represent possible enlightenment (at the “normal” human stage) when flipped and superimposed. Otherwise, they represent the same idea as the waves that are moving apart.

This is only a facet of the tip of the iceberg, though, as everything (especially over time) has distinct meaning and “education” for me. I was also informed through dreams that the beings of “this universe” (or more accurately “this dimension in this cycle”) would not even “see” the continuous incredible repetition of their own highly limited design (which all resolves to just an arc and a line - symbolized by the number two - which is also the entropic pattern - as the English word “two” - of the English language itself) This has amazed me since childhood (my jaw sometimes even remained open as a child) due to the entire nature of society based on mirrored, flipped, or generally fixed patterns, especially the number two and twenty-two, the letter V, the number 11 (even in mathematics - again - “V”, sideways in both orientations, being the “greater than” and “less than” symbols with sideways “11” being the equal sign), six and nine, and so on, with several integrated layers that deny any chance of coincidence. It is like someone walking into a room with a perfect checkerboard floor and thinking the design is completely random as well as being “completely different” from the last checkerboard-floor room he had just left…it still seems very strange to me when I see the utterly bizarre (to me) mainstream world and popular culture and the amazing “tidal waves” of distortion and misdirection.
