Morning of May 19, 1997. Monday.
I had an odd dream of Ritchie Valens seemingly being part Klingon (the modern version of the fictional race from the "Star Trek" franchise). In the dream, he is still alive but much older than ever seen in reality and his nose looks the most like a Klingon feature. Regardless of his advanced age, he still sings very well. I personally thank him at the end of the concert and he whispers somewhat coarsely (as if he has laryngitis) in appreciation of my thanking him. My beautiful wife Zsuzsanna is there with me.
It is interesting how recent unrelated real-life thoughts throughout the day or previous week can form an unusual composite in dreams. Because the composite is made from real-life associations (though in an unrealistically combined way) - that may be a deterrent to more active lucidity.
