It was night time, I was driving alone in my car. I think I had some time to kill, before I met up with someone. I was in Bothell, near my old neighborhood. I pulled right into a cul-de-sac street I'd never been on before, but it was close to the main drag.
I pulled around the cul-de-sac and left my car in idle, just sitting there, waiting. I didn't want to wait on the road ..I wanted to make sure I was out of the way. So I was waiting, sitting, doing nothing, sitting in front of someone's house. No one was around.
Then another car pulls into the cul-de-sac and I know this car. It's my mom's recently ex boyfriend's car with an out of state license plate. I immediately know this is Robin driving and I realize I'm parking in front of his house! I panic, as I don't want to see him or have him see me. It was a mere coincidance that I was by his house.
I know when my mom dumped him, he continued to live in Bothell and I have wondered if I will ever randomly, awkwardly run into him. Anyway, as the car came closer and I realized what was going on I quickly sped right past him in my car. It was like I was gone, out of the cul-de-sac in an instant..there was no car starting, or switching gears or thinking. I was out of sight as fast as could be.
Afterward I was startled at the circumstances and wonder if maybe I saw him on the astral plane. That is the only dream I've ever remembered having of him and it was strange.
Part of me was also afraid how he would react seeing me, seeing me outside his house, at night...all very weird. In the dream I don't think he saw me.
