First night of taking african dream herb, had my usual dream recall
dream starts where a small group of my friends and family decide to go camping, and i recommend a cottage ive been too a few times.
uppon arriving i notice the cabin looks the same on the outside but the scenery and land all around it is different, we were greeted by the camp ground owner and he tells us he didnt know much about the last people who stayed in the cabin,
upon going in i see a spider about the size of a car tire and it has a human skull for a head, This for some reason didnt scare me and i went up to poke it and it skuttled a little bit before stopping permanently (it was dead)
so i went to my room and set up my bed and area, and went to the washroom which was absolutely disgusting, i cant believe i even used it! it was super small and had chunks of bile everywhere, who ever had this cabin last was definitely sick and was up to something.. i go to warn everyone of the bathroom and then all the sudden 4 other friends just show up and are talking in the kitchen.
i walk to the kitchen of the cabin and there are three charcoal idols on the dining table, my friend figured out each one is a switch, so i went to pull the idle and a secret door oppened up in a hutch that was sitting by the dining table, all three secret doors were empty.
soo then all the sudden i really wanted to go fishing, but i kept getting distracted by people who wanted to go swimming and do other things, i cant even describe the lake. it was pristinely perfect
then i finally get a chance to go back to the cabin and grab my fishing rod, so i got that and when i came out there were monsters EVERYWHERE like huge monsters just roaming around the campground , i remember a giant spider , a red djinn genie and in the lake there was a megalithic shark, about the size of a 22 story apartment building which was swimming around the dock i wanted to fish off, they wernt attacking anyone but rather had agro like in MMORPGS, so when you got close they would chase you.
So at this point for some reason i think of mentally typing .kill while looking at a monster ( this was a command for private servers in World of Warcraft that would kill the enemy instantly) and sure enough the giant spider fell to its death and disappeared. it left behind a treasure chest full of gold idles, this is when i went on a mad gold hunting spree, killed the genie and got a gold lamp.. then i went for the shark cause i still really wanted to go fishing.. at this point it was only me in the dream i cant remember where my friends/family were
the shark swam really fast and it was hard to target with my mind, i remember looking down in the water at it , ( ive never seen anything this big in my life ) then i got a lock on it and .killed it. i had to dive down to get the treasure chest and i opened it and nothing but light came out of the chest and i woke up
definitely one of the stranger dreams i've had in a long while.
‘The path of the Grail was marked by a number of miracles; one of
the brothers was called Brous and was also known as “the rich fisherman” because he had succeeded in catching a fish with which he had satisfied the hunger
of all round him. Peter is called “the fisher of men” and the fish becomes a symbol
of Christ.’ This fragment of legend, taken from Waldemar Vedel, affords a clear
explanation of the mystic sense of fishing and the fisherman, a sense which has
been corroborated by all students of mythology and anthropology, Schneider
among them. Fishing amounts to extracting the unconscious elements from deeplying sources—the ‘elusive treasure’ of legend, or, in other words, wisdom. To
fish for souls is quite simply a matter of knowing how to fish in the soul. The fish
is a mystic and psychic animal that lives in water (and water is symbolic of
dissolution and, at the same time, of renovation and regeneration). The fisherman
is able—like the doctor—to work upon the very sources of life because of his
knowledge of these founts. This is how it comes about that Parsifal meets the
King of the Grail as a fisherman.
To dream that you are fishing, indicates that you are confronting and bringing your repressed emotions to the surface. In particular, to dream that you are ice fishing, suggests that you are breaking through a hardened emotional barrier and confronting difficult feelings from your unconscious. Alternatively, it represents your need for leisure and relaxation.
Consider the common phrase "fishing for compliments". Perhaps you are looking for attention.

Treasure represents a sublimated form of the symbolism of the
colour gold, a solar attribute, as opposed to gold as coins, which signifies exaltation of and corruption by earthly desires (15). In myths, legends and folktales,
the treasure is usually found in a cave; there is a double image here embracing the
idea of the cave, as the mother-image or the unconscious, containing ‘the elusive
treasure’. This is an allusion to one of the fundamental mysteries of life (31)—to
nothing less than the mystic ‘Centre’ within the spirit of man, which Jung has
dubbed the Selbst, to distinguish it from the mere ‘ego’. The trials and tribulations
that attend the quest for treasure may, up to a point, be equated with the experiments of the alchemists in their pursuit of transmutation (32). Jung maintains
that the treasure which the hero wins only after painful effort is nothing less than
himself reborn in the cave in which introversion or regression has confined him.
The hero, in so far as he remains bound to the mother-principle, is himself the
dragon, but in so far as he is reborn of the mother, he is the conqueror of the
dragon (and therefore of his former self) (31). In truth, all striving and all suffering
are steps along the path of moral progress. And it is possible to equate the one
with the other, for as Eliphas Lévi—rightly, in our view—asserts, ‘to suffer is to
strive’. The truth of his remark is borne out by Rorschach’s discovery that colour
and movement are expressions respectively of feeling and of activity, denoting
quantities that are analogous and yet opposed, as it were the two ‘balance-pans’
of the psyche. But it is only when born of conscious choice that work and
suffering contribute to progress in its profoundest sense of self-awareness, virtue
and superiority.
The dragon in the cave may also represent the sevenfold malignity of the
seven planets (as the seven deadly sins), whereas the hero’s weapons are the godgiven powers which make victory possible. Gold coins, however, and all other
derived concepts such as, for example, a bulging wallet, symbolize ‘treasure
easily come by’ (that is, earthly desires, the sensual pleasures, love in so far as it
is selfish love) and in consequence ‘easily lost’.
If you dream about finding a treasure or objects with magical properties, your unconscious mind may be telling you to seek out something valuable or magical in your life. Perhaps you need to look for the magic in something that seems ordinary. Treasure can also symbolize people in your life that you treasure.
They are symbolic of the cosmic forces at a stage one step
removed from chaos—from the ‘non-formal potentialities’. On the psychological
plane, they allude to the base powers which constitute the deepest strata of
spiritual geology, seething as in a volcano until they erupt in the shape of some
monstrous apparition or activity. Diel suggests that they symbolize an unbalanced psychic function: the affective whipping up of desire, paroxysms of the
indulged imagination, or improper intentions (15). They are, then, par excellence,
the antithesis—or the adversary—of the ‘hero’ and of ‘weapons’. For weapons
are the positive powers granted to man by the deity, and this is the explanation of
the mysterious, miraculous or magical context of weapons wielded by heroes in
myth and legend. Weapons, then, are the symbolic antithesis to monsters. Diel
has pointed out that, paradoxically, the chimerical enemy—perversion, the fascination of madness or of evil per se—is the fundamental adversary in the life of
Man. On the social plane, the motif of the monster ravaging a country is symbolic
of the ill-fated reign of a wicked, tyrannical or impotent monarch (15). The fight
against a monster signifies the struggle to free consciousness from the grip of the
unconscious. The hero’s deliverance corresponds to the sunrise, the triumph of
light over darkness, of consciousness or the spirit over the affective strata of the
unconscious (31). In a less negative sense, the monster may be equated with the
libido (56). Monsters are closely connected in symbolism with fabulous beings,
which afford a wider range of meanings embracing some that are wholly favourable
and positive such as Pegasus, the phoenix, etc. Some of the principal monsters
known to tradition and perpetuated by art are the following: the sphinx, the
griffin, the siren-fish, the siren-bird, the lamia, the bird with the head of a quadruped, the bird-serpent, the winged bull, the dragon, the giant fish, the giant seaserpent, the chimaera, the Gorgon, the minotaur, the triton, the hydra, the salamander, the merman, the harpy, the hippogryph, the sea-demon and the Fury
(36). The head of a monster, dragon or sea animal, with one or more human heads
in its mouth, is a mediaeval symbol of hell. Psychologically it represents the
danger of being devoured by the destructive forces of some species, a danger
which may affect only the more noble parts of the human being, such as his moral
sense or his reason. For Walter Abell, in The Collective Dream in Art (Cambridge,
1957), monsters also symbolize the latent and dangerous forces, in a greater or lesser state of freedom, of the human unconscious in its aggressive and ugly
aspect. He points out that monsters are the principal characters in the 7thcentury Anglo-Saxon poem, Beowulf. He establishes an interesting comparison
and asserts that, in later prehistory (the Neolithic Age, the Age of Metals), the
monsters dominated the gods; between Antiquity and the Romanesque period,
the gods succeeded in counterbalancing the monsters, who, nevertheless, still
played an important rôle (as revealed, for example, in miniatures and capitals of
the time); and in the Gothic period, the angelic spirits triumphed over the monsters. In more than one aspect, contemporary art, especially since Blake and
Goya, might be taken as pointing to a certain ‘resurrection of the monsters’ and of
the monstrous, as seen particularly in the surrealist movement.
To dream that you are camping, indicates a need for relaxation and a long-deserved break. You need to be more in touch with nature and go back to a more basic and simpler life. Alternatively, it refers to your social circle and support group. You are looking for a sense of belonging, but at the same time be self-sufficient and independent.

In Hindu doctrine, gold is the ‘mineral light’. According to Guénon, the
Latin word for gold—aurum—is the same as the Hebrew for light—aor (26).
Jung quotes the delightful explanation offered by the alchemist Michael Maier in
De Circulo Physico Quadrato to the effect that the sun, by virtue of millions of
journeys round the earth (or conversely) has spun threads of gold all round it.
Gold is the image of solar light and hence of the divine intelligence. If the heart is
the image of the sun in man, in the earth it is gold (32). Consequently, gold is
symbolic of all that is superior, the glorified or ‘fourth state’ after the first three
stages of black (standing for sin and penitence), white (remission and innocence)
and red (sublimation and passion). Everything golden or made of gold tends to
pass on this quality of superiority to its utilitarian function. Chrysaor, the magic
sword of gold, symbolizes supreme spiritual determination. Gold is also the
essential element in the symbolism of the hidden or elusive treasure which is an
illustration of the fruits of the spirit and of supreme illumination.
To see gold in your dream, symbolizes wealth, riches, natural healing, illumination and/or spirituality. It is also a symbol of love, longevity and domestic bliss. Negatively, gold may represent greed, corruption and temptation.
To find gold in your dream, indicates that you have discovered something valuable about yourself. This may be some hidden talent or knowledge.
To bury gold in your dream, suggests that you are trying to hide something about yourself.
f you handle gold in your dream, you will be unusually successful in all enterprises. For a woman to dream that she receives presents of gold, either money or ornaments, she will marry a wealthy but mercenary man.
To find gold, indicates that your superior abilities will place you easily ahead in the race for honors and wealth.
If you lose gold, you will miss the grandest opportunity of your life through negligence.
To dream of finding a gold vein, denotes that some uneasy honor will be thrust upon you.
If you dream that you contemplate working a gold mine, you will endeavor to usurp the rights of others, and should beware of domestic scandals.
Finding gold in your dream means that your superior abilities will place you easily ahead of others. Seeing bars of gold and gold jewelry in your dream means your carelessness with the spending of your money. Seeing golden tableware and flatware indicates financial gain and stability. For a pregnant woman, to dream of gold, foretells that your expected child will be a girl.
Dreaming about gold could be a reflection of concerns that you have about your most precious valuables or a reference to "alchemist's gold" which is usually spiritual in nature. If you are losing gold in your dream, it may express your anxieties over a missed opportunity. However, remember, "All that glitters is not gold." Your unconscious mind may be reminding you not to judge things on appearances
To see a shark in your dream, indicates feelings of anger, hostility, and fierceness. You are undergoing a long and difficult emotional period and may be an emotional threat to yourself or to others. Perhaps, you are struggling with your individuality and independence, especially in some aspect of your relationship. Alternatively, a shark represents a person in your life who is greedy and unscrupulous. This person goes after what he or she wants with no regards to the well-being and sensitivity of others. To dream of sharks, denotes formidable enemies.
To see a shark pursuing and attacking you, denotes that unavoidable reverses will sink you into dispondent foreboding.
To see them sporting in clear water, foretells that while you are basking in the sunshine of women and prosperity, jealousy is secretly, but surely, working you disquiet, and unhappy fortune.

You may be an emotional threat to yourself or to others.
Shark Meaning and Totem Symbolism
Sharks have been swimming in my awareness, and I love when this happens because it's a clear sign my energy is primed for focus - it's time to ruminate and write about shark totem symbolism. Shark also confirms self-trust, and a points me into forward momentum in my life.
There are some creatures in Nature's cradle who speak so clearly of their energetic symbolism. The shark totem is one with crystalline expression. To wit, one look at these extraordinary creatures conveys a message of sleek authority.
And the shark is an authority on all fronts of survival. In fact, those who connect with the shark totem will be masters at survival in their own waters of life. Shark people are extremely adept at summing up social situations, manipulating people and events (I don't mean that in a bad way).
A quick-list of Shark Totem symbolic meanings includes:
Calculating
Perceptive
Primal
Instinctive
Ancient
Knowing
Powerful
Focused
Mystery
Perpetual Motion
Dynamic
Unique Vision
Curious
Effective
Innovative
Superior
Efficient
Equipped
People with the shark totem navigate through life with a specialized "gut-rudder." What's a gut-rudder? That's what I call a primal instinct. It's a visceral, hard-wired knowing that guides certain humans. It's infallible, reliable, and geared for one thing only: To protect the sacred. And what is sacred? Life.
The shark is both oracle and embodiment of fundamental life. The shark relays root-chakra energy to me because of its superior instinct, and that remarkable drive for survival. That's a prime root chakra concept : Ancient Instinct. Primal Knowing.
Furthermore, sharks are symbolic of acting on life. They never wait for opportunity. They are not handmaiden's to the life experience. Far from it. Because they are authorities on life - they know precisely what it's about and they seize it with verve.
This is made manifest by their constant motion. They move to allow oxygenated currents roll over their gills. Their motion through life - actively moving forward - insures their existence. Moreover, most sharks sink when motionless (a side effect of not having a "swim bladder" as most fish do). They can't afford to be still.
This carries symbolism for those who embrace their shark totem. It identifies the tendency for forward momentum in life. If sharks swim in your awareness, it's very likely you are extremely driven and perpetually moving forward. You meet life full-on. You rarely stay in the "shallow end" of life, but prefer to move deftly through the waves of experience - encountering adventure with undeniable exuberance.
And for all this zealous talk of life, the shark is also symbolically equipped to share lessons of death too. Actually, sharks know death is a fallacy. They have no concept of it. Sharks are in a constant state of renewal, and those with the shark totem will confirm the absence of death. Sharks, and humans attuned to sharks will only see renewal - only transition.
Sharks are superior organisms. From tail to teeth, sharks convey perpetual fluidity and momentum. They are examples of progress in its most assertive stages. To wit, their biological mechanisms are so elite, they've had no need to evolve over insane spans of time. They function from a place of timeless propulsion. Ever-forward.
Perhaps it is the sharks unsinkable nature that makes it a bit of a cold character (energetically speaking). Sharks are about aerodynamic efficiency, and they allow no fluff to enter their consciousness. They're quite austere and are wrapped in robes of distance and mystery.
Those with shark totems will display similar aloofness. Inwardly, they sense the waves of emotions within and around them. Yet, outwardly they are cool, controlled, steely. This makes people of the shark clan extremely good businessmen/women, leaders and visionaries.
It's important to note the inherent duality here. The element of water is esoterically symbolic of emotions, dreams and intuition. And yet, the shark conveys a sterility in emotion. To be clear, the shark is not symbolically devoid of emotion. Rather, it is a master of emotion.
This symbolic lesson is tantamount for humankind, and the lesson is this: We can be submerged in emotional dramas, but we do not have to be swallowed by them.
Whether or not you relate to the shark as a totem, this is a sacred conveyance of emotional wisdom - a most vital gift of the shark.
Indeed, shark wisdom is so profound, it's worth a summary. So, a recap of symbolic shark messages & shark totem meanings:
Be active in life.
Attune to natural instinct.
Be propelled forward (do not regress) in your evolution.
Although surrounded by emotions, you need not be consumed by them.
Swim the path of least resistance in life, be efficient and direct in your navigations.
Lastly, let this video draw your attention to the grace inherent in the shark's mobility. Such a uniquely equipped creature, with so many (seeming) contradictions. We see an energy in the shark that is so linear and spear-like in its objective....yet, at the same time there is such delicate elegance.
The Shark is a totem of fearlessness and confidence. Sharks have incredibly sensitive noses that can smell one drop of blood in 50 million times as much water. They can feel the pressure waves made by a struggling fish and are sensitive to electromagnetic currents. They teach those with this totem how to develop and refine their own sensory abilities. The study of aromatherapy would benefit those with this medicine. Shark people are traditionally loners and in order to remain centered may require time to themselves. If they do not have this important time alone they can become irritable, anxious and aggressive in their behavior. The Shark offers the power of protection to those who resonate to it. In the course of our life's learning we can attract events and people that are disharmonious. When there is something in your life that you need to frighten away call upon the shark to help you. Working with shark medicine gives you the power and confidence to drive off the negative.
Transformation of the spirit, teaches how to swim the currents of a busy life, use of intuition to navigate effectively, aids in attuning to the world of emotions, the un/subconscious and other-worlds, heightened senses including visions, dreams and related psychic abilities. Shark teaches how to accomplish "impossible" tasks by utilizing discernment and trust.
The spider is a symbol with three distinct meanings; sometimes they
merge or overlap, sometimes one or the other predominates. The three meanings
are derived from: (i) the creative power of the spider, as exemplified in the
weaving of its web; (ii) the spider’s aggressiveness; and (iii) the spider’s web as a
spiral net converging towards a central point. The spider sitting in its web is a
symbol of the centre of the world, and is hence regarded in India as Maya, the
eternal weaver of the web of illusion (32). The spider’s destructive powers are
also connected with its significance as a symbol of the world of phenomena. As
Schneider points out, spiders, in their ceaseless weaving and killing—building and
destroying—symbolize the ceaseless alternation of forces on which the stability
of the universe depends. For this reason, the symbolism of the spider goes deep,
signifying, as it does, that ‘continuous sacrifice’ which is the means of man’s
continual transmutation throughout the course of his life. Even death itself merely
winds up the thread of an old life in order to spin a new one (51). The spider is a
lunar animal because the moon (owing to its passive character, in the sense that it
merely reflects light, and because of its waxing and waning phases, taking these in
the positive and negative sense) is related to the world of phenomena, and, on the
psychic level, to the imagination. Thus the moon, since it holds sway over the
whole phenomenal world (for all phenomenal forms are subject to growth and
death), weaves the thread of each man’s destiny. Accordingly, the moon is depicted as a gigantic spider in many myths (17).
To dream of a spider, denotes that you will be careful and energetic in your labors, and fortune will be amassed to pleasing proportions.
To see one building its web, foretells that you will be happy and secure in your own home.
To kill one, signifies quarrels with your wife or sweetheart.
If one bites you, you will be the victim of unfaithfulness and will suffer from enemies in your business.
If you dream that you see many spiders hanging in their webs around you, foretells most favorable conditions, fortune, good health and friends.
To dream of a large spider confronting you, signifies that your elevation to fortune will be swift, unless you are in dangerous contact.
To dream that you see a very large spider and a small one coming towards you, denotes that you will be prosperous, and that you will feel for a time that you are immensely successful; but if the large one bites you, enemies will steal away your good fortune. If the little one bites you, you will be harassed with little spites and jealousies. To imagine that you are running from a large spider, denotes you will lose fortune in slighting opportunities. If you kill the spider you will eventually come into fair estate. If it afterwards returns to life and pursues you, you will be oppressed by sickness and wavering fortunes.
For a young woman to dream she sees gold spiders crawling around her, foretells that her fortune and prospect for happiness will improve, and new friends will surround her.
Seeing a spider in your dream indicates that you are feeling like an outsider in some situation. Or that you may want to keep your distance and stay away from an alluring and tempting situation. The spider is also symbolic of feminine power. Alternatively, a spider may refer to a powerful force protecting you against your self-destructive behavior. If you kill a spider, it symbolizes misfortune and general bad luck. Seeing a spider spinning a web in your dream means that you will be rewarded for your hard work. You will soon find yourself promoted in your job or recognized for your achievement in a difficult task. Spiders are a symbol of creativity due to the intricate webs they spin. On a negative note, spiders may indicate a feeling of being entangled or trapped in a sticky or clingy relationship. It represents some ensnaring and controlling force. You may feel that someone or some situation is sucking the life right out of you. Seeing a spider climbing up a wall in your dream indicates that your desires will be soon be realized. Dreaming that you are bitten by a spider, represents a conflict with your mother or some dominant female figure in your life. The dream may be a metaphor for a devouring mother or the feminine power to possess and entrap. Perhaps you are feeling trapped by some relationship.
Some believe that the spider is symbolic of an unkind and sneaky individual. Are you the spider building a web, or are you being dragged into one? A spider's web might represent entanglement and the general complexities of life. Depending on the details of the dream, it could also symbolise a smothering individual. Ironically, very old dream interpretations say that the spider is an omen of good luck! The spider and his web may be calling for an integration of the dream's personality leading to greater self-awareness and resulting in feelings of completeness. Therefore, the spider and her web may be considered profound and spiritual dream symbols that call for greater self-understanding and encourage us to derive meaning and satisfaction from the intricate framework and interplay of life.
Spider Symbolism
The Spider is an ancient symbol of mystery, power and growth.
We take our first lesson from the ancient symbol of the Spider by contemplating its web.
Just as the Spider weaves a web, so too must we weave our own lives. The Spider symbol meaning here serves as a reminder that our choices construct our lives. When the Spider appears to us, it is a message to be mindful of the choices we are making - and ask ourselves:
How are my choices affecting my life?
How can my choices improve my life?
How are my choices affecting others in my life?
Not only do Spiders and their webs draw attention to our life choices, they also give us an overview of how we can manipulate our thinking in order to construct the life we wish to live.
Spiders do this by calling our awareness to the amazing construction of their webs. Fully functional, practical, and ingenious in design - Spider webs serve as homes, food storage, egg incubators - seemingly limitless in their functionality.
When we consider this ingenious diversity, we can also consider the web-like construct of our own lives. How are we designing the most effective life?
When we see our decisions, choices and actions as far-reaching, effective tools in life - we can see how we weave a web that can either serve us or enslave us. The Spider symbol meaning beckons us to be mindful of our behaviors - be smart about the life we weave for ourselves.
We can derive more Spider symbol meaning when we consider certain subtle characteristics that represent ancient symbols of infinity.
The infinity symbol meanings occur when we consider most Spiders have eight eyes and all have eight legs. The number eight is also a symbol of infinity or lemniscate (an eight turned on its side). Also, the vibrational frequency indicates the meaning of number eight involves cycles, passage of time, and evolution.
Further Spider symbol meaning:
Cunning
Progressive
Female
Cyclical
Rebirth
Death
Crafty
Resourceful
Creation
Protection
Fate
In Native American symbolism, the Spider is a symbol of protection against torrential storms. In yet other Native American lore accounts, the Spider (personified as the Grandmother) was the teacher and protector of esoteric wisdom.
The meaning of Spider in India is associated with Maya. The term Maya comes from the Sanskrit root “Ma” which means no form or limit. The term Maya describes the illusory nature of appearances. The Spider’s association with Maya brings about the understanding that not all things are as they appear to be.
The Spider symbol meaning in Egypt, is akin to Neith, a complex deity usually depicted with arrows as she is associated with hunting. Along with hunting, she is also associated with the creation, specifically the process of recreation in the dawning and dusking of each day. Neith is also a weaver, and is often shown with a shuttle in her hand (a tool used for weaving). It is this activity that gains her association with the Spider.
And of course, no conversation about the meaning of spiders is complete without discussing the Greek myth of Arachne, a mortal (although of noble stature) who was a spectacular weaver. Acclaim for her luscious lively looms spread over hill and dale and ultimately reached the immortal ears of Athena. Arachne claimed she was the best weaver, and thus prompted a challenge from Athena.
And so, they played a round of “dueling looms,” but no one could confirm the victor. However, Arachne was quite smug about the whole process. So much so, that Athena smote her with a mighty blow of conscience and a dose of guilt. Arachne took the dosage hard, and could not live with the intense feelings of guilt and sorrow so she killed herself. Athena felt awful over the whole mess and decided to resurrect Arachne in the form of a spider so that she and all her offspring would forever be the best weavers of the universe.
One final note, if you've visited my website often, you know I'm a big proponent of individual interpretation. Symbol meanings are very personal and profound. I merely provide a foundation of symbol meanings; utlimately, only YOU can determine what the meaning of Spider is to you.
The Spider is a totem of responsibility and infinity. The shape of the spider and the number of its legs both show the number "eight," which represents infinity. The spider embodies the unlimited number of possibilities within creation. Doubling the number "four" indicates both the four winds and the four cardinal points. The spider instructs us to accept responsibility for anything that happens in our lives. We weave the web of our destiny. The victim who becomes caught in the web has not yet understood this lesson and has become entangled in a reality that appears to be unchangeable. The spider teaches that each being is responsible for its own plan of life. It is important not to lose oneself in deceptions of the senses, and it is helpful to write down one's progress to remember how certain strategies have led to success. The spider also stands for the development of writing.
The spider represents creativity and the weaving of fate. Everything you do in the present will help determine your future. The past always influences the present and the future. It also teaches the need to maintain balance between the past and the future.
Maintains a balance from past to present, helps in creativity and inspiration, helps understanding of illusions and reality, spiritual and physical balance, awakens sensibilities and weaves influences in development in your own world, stay focused on the center of things. Spider is gentleness and strength and will remind you of this pattern. She also will aid in communications and the written word. Are you creating to your fullest potential? Spider will teach the infinite possibilities of creative manifestation and the delicate strength of this balance. Notice the colors, patterns and behavior of the individual spider type for further insight to what Spider is saying.
All secrets symbolize the power of the supernatural, and this explains
their disquieting effect upon most human beings. Jung is emphatic about this,
pointing out that, for the same reason, it is very helpful for the individual so
affected to unburden himself of his secrets (31). On the other hand, the ability to
master this state of tension within oneself confers an awareness of unfailing
superiority—a sensation which is common in individuals who live outside the
law and in spies and privy counsellors to kings and magnates. This same notion
supplies part of the basic attraction of esoteric thought and of all forms of
Hermetic science in literature and art.
To dream that you or someone has a secret, represents hidden power. It suggests that something is emerging from your unconscious.
Dreaming that you or someone has a secret, represents hidden power. It suggests that something needs to emerge from your unconscious.
To see a kitchen in your dream, signifies your need for warmth, spiritual nourishment and healing. It may also be symbolic of the nurturing mother or the way that you are for your loved ones.
