I keep dreaming about my long-lost sister (for many months now, she keeps showing up usually in subtle ways, tho last night it was more direct):
In the dream, she contacted me with a dream-mail (like a telepathic-email, "t-mail", tho actually sent in the dream) saying that she saw me at a party here on Maui a while ago (she said the party was called something like "Guylles Cliff"), and that she was the very unusually blonde female (implying that her appearance has been altered as a disguise, and that she was hiding from me). She was telling me this as if to guide my attention to a memory back in time ... So in the dream, I was trying to trace what event she was talking about, and who she may have been at the party ... [ i'm pretty certain now of the recent actual memory, and who she is pointing to ]
In another part of the dream, I remember just walking around in the dark calling out "Angel", "Angel", "Angel" ...
Then I am in at house I know of here on Maui (Guy's house) with my friend Adam Pulitz, and he points out to me a formation of large ice crystals forming continuously all along a type of cable line spanning over a large cliff before a huge golden-light sky. The line of crystals goes off infinitely into the distance and into the golden sky. I take out my iPhone to shoot a few pictures, and as I focus on the ice formations, I get some really beautiful photographic shots, and the view of the ice crystals themselves becomes very very very clear ...
To see your sister in your dream, symbolizes some aspect of your relationship with her, whether it one of sibling rivalry, nurturance, protectiveness, etc. Your sister may draw attention to your family role. Or the dream may also serve to remind you that someone in your waking life has characteristics similar to your sister. Alternatively, your sister may be a metaphor for a nun. In this case, she may represent some spiritual issues.
If you do not have a sister and dream that you have one, then it signifies feminine qualities that you need to activate or acknowledge within your own self. Pay attention to the actions and behavior of your dream sister.

A symbol of invisible forces, of the powers ascending and descending
between the Source-of-Life and the world of phenomena (50). Here, as in other
cases (such as the Cross), the symbolic fact does not modify the real fact. In
alchemy, the angel symbolizes sublimation, i.e. the ascension of a volatile (spiritual) principle, as in the figures of the Viatorium spagyricum. The parallelism
between angelic orders and astral worlds has been traced with singular precision
by Rudolf Steiner in Les Hiérarchies spirituelles, following the treatise on the
celestial hierarchies by the Pseudo-Dionysius. From the earliest days of culture,
angels figure in artistic iconography, and by the 4th millennium B.C. little or no
distinction is made between angels and winged deities. Gothic art, in many remarkable images, expresses the protective and sublime aspects of the angelfigure, while the Romanesque tends rather to stress its other-worldly nature.
Dreaming of angels will have a profound impact on your life. Holy, pure, divine, they are trying to convey an important message to you: they might bring more spirituality, joy, and peace to your life, if you have a clear consciousness. If it is not the case, they might remind you that it is time for you to think about your choices and actions, do you need to make things better? Three angels have a great symbolic signigication, try to listen to their message, it must have a holy dimension to it.
An immortal spiritual being which functions as an intermediary between the realm of men and that of the Divine. Angels are more powerful than humans and are believed to be composed of ethereal matter, thus allowing them to take on whichever physical form best suits their immediate needs. In Christian, Muslim, Jewish and other theologies an angel can be one who acts as a messenger, attendant or agent of God.
According to Guénon, the Roman pontifex was literally a ‘builder of
bridges’, that is, of that which bridges two separate worlds. St. Bernard has said
that the Roman Pontiff, as the etymology of his name suggests, is a kind of bridge
between God and Man (Tractatus de Moribus et Officio Episcoporum, III, 9). For
this reason, the rainbow is a natural symbol of the pontificate. For the Israelites,
it was the sign of the Covenant between the Creator and his people, and, in China,
the sign denoting the union of heaven and earth. For the Greeks, it was Iris, a
messenger of the gods. And there are a great many cultures where the bridge
symbolizes the link between what can be perceived and what is beyond perception (28). Even when it lacks this mystic sense, the bridge is always symbolic of
a transition from one state to another—of change or the desire for change.
To dream that you are crossing a bridge, signifies an important decision or a critical junction in your life. This decision will prove to be a positive change filled with prosperity and wealth in the horizon. Bridges represent a transitional period in your life where you will be moving on to a new stage. If the bridge is over water, then it suggests that your transition will be an emotional one. If you fall off the bridge and into the water, then the dream indicates that you are letting your emotions hold you back and prevent you from moving forward. Alternatively, the bridge may indicate that you are trying to "bridge" or connect two things together.
To dream of a run-down bridge, indicates that you should not contemplate any major changes in your life at this time.
To see a bridge collapse in your dream, implies that you have let an important opportunity pass you by.
To see a long bridge dilapidated, and mysteriously winding into darkness, profound melancholy over the loss of dearest possessions and dismal situations will fall upon you. To the young and those in love, disappointment in the heart's fondest hopes, as the loved one will fall below your ideal.
To cross a bridge safely, a final surmounting of difficulties, though the means seem hardly safe to use. Any obstacle or delay denotes disaster.
To see a bridge give way before you, beware of treachery and false admirers. Affluence comes with clear waters. Sorrowful returns of best efforts are experienced after looking upon or coming in contact with muddy or turbid water in dreams.

The first consideration should be given to how much you travel. The bridge can be interpreted literally if it is a part of your daily life
On a more theoretical level, bridges can symbolise transitions (e.g. transition from one stage to another, from one level of consciousness to another). Since most bridges are over water (i.e. emotions, unconscious), this dream could also be symbolic of your rising above your emotional difficulties or unconscious drives.
The material out of which the bridge is made can give an idea of the strength of your convictions. A wooden bridge can mean that you need more willpower, while a a bridge of concrete, stone or steel can mean that you have a very strong will.
To dream of healing, represents your need for emotional and/or physical healing. You need to find the power to rectify and care for the issues in your life.

Given that water is the symbol of communication between the formal and
the informal, the element of transition between different cycles, yielding by
nature, and also related to the ideas of material, earthly fecundity and the Heraclitean
‘death of the soul’, it follows that ice represents principally two things: first, the
change induced in water by the cold—that is, the ‘congelation’ of its symbolic
significance; and, secondly, the stultification of the potentialities of water. Hence
ice has been defined as the rigid dividing-line between consciousness and the
unconscious (or between any other dynamic levels) (56). Although the negative
sense is predominant, it is not lacking in a positive sense in so far as the solidification is tantamount to toughness, and the coldness implies resistance to all that
is inferior; in this latter sense it corresponds to Nietzsche’s freezing and ‘hostile’
air of mountain-peaks.
To see ice in your dream, suggests that you are lacking a flow of ideas and thoughts. You are not seeing any progress in your life. Alternatively, you may be feeling emotionally paralyzed or rigid. You need to let your feelings be known.
To dream that you are walking on ice, indicates that you are standing on shaky or instable ground. You need to proceed with caution in some matter or situation. Alternatively, the dream also suggests that you are taking risks that you shouldn't be taking.
To dream that you slip on ice, symbolizes your insecurities and self-esteem issues. There may also be an obstacle ahead for you.
To dream that you fall through ice, suggests that your emotions are threatening to come crashing through.
To dream of ice, betokens much distress, and evil-minded persons will seek to injure you in your best work.
To see ice floating in a stream of clear water, denotes that your happiness will be interrupted by ill-tempered and jealous friends.
To dream that you walk on ice, you risk much solid comfort and respect for evanescent joys.
For a young woman to walk on ice, is a warning that only a thin veil hides her from shame.
To see icicles on the eaves of houses, denotes misery and want of comfort.
Ill health is foreboded.
To see icicles on the fence, denotes suffering bodily and mentally.
To see them on trees, despondent hopes will grow gloomier.
To see them on evergreens, a bright future will be overcast with the shadow of doubtful honors.
To dream that you make ice, you will make a failure of your life through egotism and selfishness.
Eating ice, foretells sickness. If you drink ice-water, you will bring ill health from dissipation.
Bathing in ice-water, anticipated pleasures will be interrupted with an unforeseen event.

Ice, or water in the solid form, is associated with the emotions and the unconsciousness. Dreaming about ice suggests that you may have some emotions or denied psychological issues that are not readily accessible to you. These feelings may be negative. (I.e. fear and anxiety about death or sexual frigidity) Things that are frozen are generally not usable and they do not change or grow. This dream may be pointing to feelings or thoughts that are inaccessible to you or to that part of you that is inaccessible to others. Superstition based dream interpretation books tell us that sitting on ice in your dreams is a dream of the contrary. It indicates that you may have a life of comfort and prosperity.
