I'm at a strip mall parking lot, the parking lot is on a 35º slant from right to left, top to bottom...not sure how this can be put into words. I'm trying to pull into traffic coming from the top of the hill, (right)
It has been raining slightly so the roads are wet. After timing traffic for awhile, I pull out quickly to the left only to find myself hindered by a bicyclist in front of me. At this point I had to slow down the hill because the cyclist was in a slalom pattern to ease his decent. As he shifted from right to left and right again he approached an intersection with a 4 way metal sign and then came to an abrupt stop. It became apparent to me that he had cleaved himself upon the sign. So I swerved around him, and at first I wanted to drive away. But then I stopped and pulled into a grassy median and got out of my car to help. (car was a VW Jetta from waking life). As I approached the stranger I realized that his face had been completely severed from his skull. As I neared I could see that he was holding hid face on, yet it was slipping. At times I can see the ball of his eyes and the bone that lay beneath his flesh. I searched in my pocket for my cell phone to call for help and at this point I could recall that I was wearing shorts that had pockets that had a tendency to let items slip out, and I remembered a diner seat that I previously been in and knew my cell phone was there. After realizing this I asked the man in horror, watching him hold his face on, "Do you have a cell phone." He fumbled in his pockets while trying to hold his face.
