I was walking through the deserts of the southwest. I came to a river and turned to follow it upstream. I looked ahead and saw that it came from a beautiful arch of red rock. The arch was more like a tunnel, and at the other end I saw a see emitting a golden light. I was hesitant to go through the tunnel, there was no was I would go through it without going though the river. I was afraid. I looked closely at the right side, hoping that there was a ledge I could walk on. There wasn't. I looked back the way I came and saw that if I fell in the river, I would be swept downstream and thrown off a waterfall.
