Dear Dreaming Self,

My intention for taking Dreamworks is to awaken aspects of my unconscious Self by retaining and translating my dreams for full integration into my waking life. I know that dreams are pieces of my Self trying to be expressed in order to become known. I feel like many of my dreams are my shadow, aspects of my being that have been repressed because they are perceived as “bad” in waking reality. And there are many things I don’t know like how to translate my dreams and how to move past many troubling, repetitive dream themes. I turn to you since you hold the insight I seek, to discover what I am in the dark about.

I am committed to the learning process of practicing dream awareness by giving it my full attention, careful consideration, and complete willingness to act upon any and all new insights offered up. I desire to develop a relationship with you, Dreaming Self, based on honesty and truth.
