I was outside in San Francisco by the bay...the location looked a bit like toxic beach, with the land turning into a rocky edge and then the bay extending out.
It was cold and icey...there was snow and ice, kind of melty..I was at a picnic table with a group of friends, we were enjoying our time together and letting loose...it was a feeling of close knit family. It was dawn, the lighting was very unique....like it was night and day at the same time, it looked really psychedelic. To my left was an outdoor area of a night club....there were a few hardcore partiers left...They were dancing outside with barely any clothes on in the icey cold, they looked really cracked out like they had been partying all night on drugs. In the background were mountains of ice and snow trickling down like the beginning of an avalanche, but there was no impending avalanche...the snow was trickling down very calmly and steadily.
To my right out in the bay, a man was standing on a platform over the water. The sky was full of grey clouds with that color in them showing that the sun could burst through soon. He took a pencil or a paintbrush or some kind of art making tool and started "painting" the sky.....but it was more like he was erasing it. He erased the clouds in one area, exposing the most amazing, beautiful, elaborate, brightly colored sunrise ever, the sun rays beamed on all of us....we were laying and sitting on the table enjoying the morning, thinking about magical moments and gratitude for such great people in our lives.

There are two principal aspects to cloud-symbolism: on the one
hand they are related to the symbolism of mist, signifying the intermediate world
between the formal and the non-formal; and on the other hand they are associated
with the ‘Upper Waters’—the realm of the antique Neptune. The former aspect
