Lately my dreams have turned into epic stories. They seem to go on forever. Even if I wake up in the middle of the dream, the moment I fall asleep it picks up from where it left off.

Last night I found myself on an island. I was going there to catch up with some old friends. I walked down a valley in the shape of a bowl, and found a tunnel in the ground with a ladder. I descended down the ladder into the hole that was lit with lanterns the way. It felt like forever getting down. I touched down and saw before me a huge hockey stadium. Rather than having ice to skate on, it was replaced by smooth wood. I saw hundreds of people watching, and two teams playing against each other.

They weren't professional hockey players. They were local teams that labeled themselves The Canucks and the Flames (could this have anything to do with the tournament that just ended ? Ahahaa :D). Someone then passed me a pair of skates (that could glide on the wood). I put them on and decided to play without being on any team. I could skate like a pro.

Once the games ended, the party began. Everyone addressed me as, "The Newcomer". As per ritual, the newcomer must go through a hazing process. The first step is to get he/she extremely drunk. I was being passed drinks left, right and center. I met up with my friends, and we were all having lots of fun. Then came time for me to leave.

This is when step 2 began. I was climbing up the stairs when everyone came swarming around me. They had their cell phones out and people started taking my pants off. I was so drunk that I couldn't figure out what on earth they were doing. I panicked and tried to kick them off. I was now mooning the entire crowd and people wouldn't stop taking pics. They all laughed and let me go. What a strange ritual ?!

The sun was setting. Everyone was outside making their way into the forest. I looked out over the vast ocean. A man who was walking by told me that the island had sunk before. But its been hundreds of years since the mass of land had risen again. I stood there puzzled, and followed him and the others into the forest.

There were tree houses and tents everywhere. Some were practicing ancient rituals. It was now dark out.

I looked up into the window of one of the tree houses and saw my friend standing there smoking a cigarette. I called out to him. He came down and I laughed saying, "HA! Thanks for the cig!" I snagged it and we both laughed. Everyone was so drunk.

This is when my friend tells me that Phong is here. I have never met Phong in my life. But nonetheless, here he was in my dream! I saw him walking by and called out, "Hey Phong!" He is with another man, and he comes over to me. We start talking about something. Then, he and his buddy just shoot upwards and fly up into the trees, something out of Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. Uberly weird ! I then continued to stumble around in my drunken state until I woke up.
