i was being fired from the secret agent club by one of my closest friends. "we're not a good fit" he said. i looked around at the office and all my other friends (most notably kimmy). kimmy says "it won't stick". i'm pissed off and feeling like i need to prove that i am super human.
i run off into the forest in my bare feet. i have a primally awesome experience running up the muddy trails, getting dirty, finding secret trails and bridges. i know this is infinitely more cool and grounded than anything the secret club whatevers are doing.
i end up in a fancy ritual baptismal room with laps tiles and inordinately beautiful inlay. i tell myself i am going to jump into the baptismal pool in all my muddied glory. i am feeling invincible.
a strange woman starts following me. i am aware that she is an agent of some sort and that i need to get back to the office to prove my worth. we are in new york (incongruous with forest i know). i am running and jumping down staircases. in the dream i have matrix ability to slow down time and do cool moves when i leap. i am better than any fucking secret agent.
