Laying in my bed recalling this dream, I say, "Thank you," to a student who walks by and turns in an assignment.
2 dreams remembered:
In the first dream, I sit with my grandmother (she's in a wheelchair), and tell her about the 30-minute video the students are watching. Ms. D created the video, and my grandmother gets in a tiffy about it because she created her own version of the video, but it was only 10 minutes long. I try and assuage my grandma's temper. I also realized I wasn't at work currently because I only work every other week and this was my week off. Prior to this, I walked past Sgt T and B talking together. I could have stayed and engaged in their conversation, but I decided to walk past thinking, "nope!"
In the second dream, I'm debating with someone who opposes me. I'm trying to get them on my side so we can fix what's wrong. I travel to the future. I don't like what I see, and I want to change it, but I have to fulfill some task before I can go back to the past. My opposition is following along, trying to help me. We know we're playing characters... someone has to be the bad guy. In one of the realities, I try to fly, but it doesn't work. I say, "fly!" and seem pleasantly disappointed when I can't fly yet.
This scene fades into another scene where one of my male students is pregnant and just induced labor. I asked him, "Why did you induce labor if you haven't been pregnant for that long." He said, "I didn't want to have labor when I'm not ready."
