Early on in my sleep I met a man, but he was by no means a normal man or even a mortal man for that matter. While I couldn't quite make out his features because he was moving at great speeds, starting and stopping intensely complex martial arts-like movements, teleporting etc etc....he looked more or less like the new Phutureprimitive Album cover - Kinetik.
Yesterday I had the chance to visit some great friends of mine ~ one of which a world famous innovator of flow toys and technology - Rainbow Michael Haynes. I've been able to tap into the Rainbow's genius on a couple of occasions - but yesterday was probably the most rewarding.
I was hesitant to ask him to teach me something because I know its what he does for a living. Instead, I brought up the fact that recently I've been working with a solid wooden hula hoop ~ and how it reminds me of how Bruce Lee used to train with those wooden poles. He asked me if I had learned paddles and breaks ~ I said not really. Within a few hours, I at least got one side down pretty good but more importantly just found like fluid flow like I had never experienced before. The focus and practice really woke me up from what was otherwise a kinda sleepy couple of days after a few nights of quote unquote partying...
Now i'm up at 5 ~ ready to start practicing and hope to run into mr. kinetik again. I could tell maybe he invented those moves.
