I am downstairs playing Assassin Creed/Skyrim on the 360. I beat the game finally, and look at my saved files to see the stats of it. I’m not sure which file is the file of the game I just beat since they’re all titled oddly. I stand up off the couch and look around the yellow-lit room. Something feels odd, like this isn’t really real.
I stand at my dad’s kitchen counter with my mom and dad. My dad’s at the cutting board, cutting up garlic. My mom stands to his right, at the sink. She says something to aggravate him. He lifts the knife in his right hand up, and smashes it down into my mother’s arm. There isn’t a lot of blood, but when he releases the handle, it becomes clear the the blade is sliced into her bone. All that I can process is that I need to get my mom to the hospital.
